Good Day for Running
Really great race day in Land Park. Thank you all Team Lucca runners for laying it all out on the track. Haven't seen the results yet but I think 4 or 5 of our guys came in around 20 mins.
Plan now as you've got a whole month. Our next big Team Lucca race will be the Alzheimer's Aid Race on July 9th. I will get out more info on as we get closer to the date.
Until then we have Karyn running in the Western States 100 again this year. If anyone wants to wait with me at the finish, it is really quite something to watch these seasoned runners as they come in and finish this mind boggling feat.
