My first of three marathons in six weeks was a bit wet. The LA Marathon was more of a swim than a race but the Lucca shirt kept me from hyperthermia unlike a couple of thousand other runners.
By the time I finished (4:30) I think I was a bit bedraggled. This photo at least looks like I was happy to get out of the rain.
Four hours later it was still pouring. (This) photo was taken from my hotel room.
It is on to Boston for the April 18th marathon and then Big Sur on May 1st.
If we have any more rain, I'll be running with web feet.
